Three eleven-storey slab blocks built as public housing as part of the New Town redevelopment scheme. The blocks contain a total of 180 dwellings. Each block consists of 40 two-bedroom flats and 60 one-bedroom flats. Construction was approved by committee in 1961.

Three eleven-storey slab blocks constructed as part of a public housing redevelopment scheme that became the St Francis Estate. Each block contains 41 two-bedroom flats and 20 one-bedroom flats, making 183 dwellings in total. Construction of two of the blocks was approved in 1966 and commenced the following year. The third block was built as an extension to the original contract. Construction of this block was approved in 1969.

Three thirteen-storey tower blocks built as public housing in Blacon. Each block contains 48 two-bedroom flats and 24 one-bedroom flats, making a total of 72 dwellings. Construction was approved by committee in 1964 and commenced the following year.
